Tuition fees are due prior to commencement of a term of course.

Cairns Business College reserves the right to cancel the enrolment of any student failing to meet financial obligations incurred by registration. Such an action may not, however, cancel the financial obligations the student incurred by virtue of enrolment.

Registration fee	$50
Cost of course textbooks not included in tuition fees for long term courses. A $50 textbook fee applies to courses of 18 weeks or less. Course material/consumable charges apply to some modules.

Full-time students admitted to approved courses are eligible to apply for Austudy/Abstudy benefits.

A If Student Visa application is rejected or if a student becomes ill prior to visa approval, written notice must be given within seven days. Refund - 90% of tuition fees B If student cancels twenty-eight days or more before course starting date. Refund - 75% of tuition fees C If student cancels less than twenty-eight days before course starting date. No Refund D If student cancels or transfers to another institution after course commences. Non-Refundable E Enrolment Fee. Non-Refundable F Homestay Placement Fee.   G In the event of Homestay cancellation or early departure, students must provide two weeks notice. No refund will be made for those two weeks.   H The Cairns Business College guarantees to run all courses as advertised. In the event of the cancellation of the course, all fees will be refunded within two (2) weeks.   I This agreement does not remove the right to take further action under Australia's consumer protection laws. Dispute resolution processes do not circumscribe the student's right to pursue other legal remedies.   J Student cancellations are subject to Cairns Business College Fee Refund Policy and will be processed 4 weeks from receiving written notice. Refunds will be forwarded to the person who originally paid the course fees.   Please Note: Refunds must be collected within three months of the cancellation date. In the event of re-application within a 12 month-period the non-refundable enrolment fee will not be re-charged. Cairns Business College reserves the right to amend fees and charges without notice
